Necessary treatment of unexpected illness or injury. While exploring Bangladesh, my partner suddenly developed a high fever. She was shivering and fainted twice in our hotel room, which really scared us. We decided to visit a local doctor, who recommended that she spend a night in the hospital for monitoring. From your dashboard, start a new claim.

Click “Submit a Claim.”

3. Fill Out the Claims Form

The form is user-friendly and takes about 5 minutes to complete.

Enter country, city, contact info, claim amount, and date of service.
Describe the incident with dates and locations.
Provide reimbursement details.
Attach supporting documents like medical reports, police reports, receipts, or invoices.

4. Review and Submit Your Claim

Review all information for accuracy before submitting.

Double-check incident details and personal info.
Confirm all required documents are attached.
Click “Submit” to process your claim.

5. Track the Status of Your Claim

Monitor your claim’s progress through your SafetyWing account.

Go to the “Claims” section on your dashboard.
Click “View Claim Status” to track progress.
Receive email notifications as your claim is processed.
